Alignment: QiGong

Mindful movement cultivating vitality.
Qi (pronounced chi) is the essence of life, the energy that animates life. Gong means skill acquired through practice. The practice of QiGong cultivates a natural flow of Qi between people and the universe. With the practice of QiGong one learns to cultivate and move one's own Qi to create healing, health, well-being, and transformation.
For our online session of QiGong, Dawn Weisbord will lead us in the beginning movements of the practice. Whether you practice QiGong regularly or have never before, you will be able to follow and find your level of comfort from your own location. QiGong can be practiced standing or seated. Some will leave their cameras on so you can follow their movements, and others will prefer to leave their cameras off as they practice from home.
